When we think of physics, we generally only consider how it operates on Earth. This is rather understandable as, well, we live on Earth. However, there is an entire universe out there, and (unsurprisingly) things often start to act a bit different once you leave the planet. Case in point: Water.
In zero gravity, surface tension has no forces keeping it down; as a result, water will keep its cohesiveness and it doesn't budge unless you push it...it just kind of floats there. See some NASA experiments with water in zero-g below.
